It's been about 3 weeks.
I've forgotten this part about external factors. E.g. comments from other people. Not from my side.
I dunno much details, but apparently my behaviour during the chalet does not go well with some people. I could only guess it's coz I was lazing around for most of it (when he's the organiser of it all), or a short shouting part (no harm intended), or just the fact that I dun like to show my affections too much in front of others.
So I replied him, let's not let what others say get between us. It's inevitable that people around us will comment, out of concern or whatever. But what others see is just the surface.
Just like when people hold hands and stick together all the time, how can others see if there is really any true love?

And now, for the another once in a blue moon update =)
Work
=====
Peak is officially over! No more rushing deadlines and staying late, at least not until next year. And I expect a lot of clearing of TOIL and leave, equaling to roughly a 10 work-day month for each month until Dec. Lolx.
Last year, right after my peak ended, I went for my 3 week reservist, then LASIK a week after reservist. This year, no reservist. Wonder how the week after peak in office would be like.
No more claiming of TOIL now. That's kinda unmotivating for the next peak.

Finally met up with pq, yk and cy after a 7-mth (or 1 yr?) hiatus. Not much gossip, just plain catching up. Had fun in KTV n dinner and 2nd dinner. Heartz!
The next time we meet up again, hopefully not the next year ah =P
(And then i realised, many other friends also long long time no meet le... sigh. This is what off peak is for)

Jet planes flying
Sat night
They asked me in the evening if i wanted to ktv @ night.
I said I would be watching movie and didn't really commit.
They replied saying they will wait for me.
After the movie i decide not to go KTV and call him.
Couple of SMS exchanges
Sun morning
I thought the couple of SMSes above include him saying an OK for sun morning.
But still I was 50% expecting that they wun turn up.
And they didn't.
Lucky i have back up plan and brought my gym attire along.
But still pissed coz I could have gone to JB with others on another plan instead and I didn't go JB.
Not to mention i took a cab as I was afraid i would be late

So could I call that as revenge? And what, quits now?
Kinda pissed still.
He has yet to reply my sun morning SMS, maybe he can't be bothered.
And i also can't be bothered already.

End May updates
I somehow decide i should revive this blog. Not revive as in, I will update everyday, but perhaps, once in a while.
Actually nowadays i dun really like my blog title, as in amazing don. It's as though i am amazing, and this blog is all about me. Well that was at least what I was thinking at one point of my life, but not nowadays. Coz I am suddenly reminded its the people around me who made me who I am.
So yeah, perhpas this blog will be more of remembering the good memories with people around me...

Hoi's wedding @ Ritz Carlton
Met up with my NBS mates. Once in a while I see them, so to see them again and be able to crap is amazing! G changed career and what a major change. And we have a star, LT, @ our table!
The whole wedding itself was superbly grand, as big as my co's D&D, pity I dint have my cam with me for some reasons.
After that, KTV with gmg @ K Box. Hugz as i havent met up with them for some time.

Dan n Kel's Birthday @ Amara
Advance birthday celebration. We had fun playing some games and talking.
With alcohol. And someone got drunk and uttered some things which perhaps he has always wanted to say. Awkwardness. Recep came up.
Still, it was a fun time becoz there's no better place for so many ppl to be gathered in one place ^^ (Next: chalet for mass gathering again!)

TZ and SQ's wedding @ Amara Sanctuary Sentosa
Congratz to the couple.
And its more of a mini gathering for us, the ey alumni. Gil, ST and YR + SH, Chris n Dan (diff tables). Caught up with them and good to crap crap crap. Cam-whoring. And 2/3 of the ppl are prob EY ppl since both bride and groom are in EY!
And oh, my virgin experience @ Club 21 bazaar. With self-control.

the saga
The AWARE saga is over and the old exco have claimed back rightfully what belongs to them =)
I have never agreed with the actions of the new exco, despite me being a Christian as well. I do not think what they did is right and I definitely do not share their views from the start. But well I am not in a position to judge them for what they did. I am just glad the old exco got back what they worked hard for.
Sidenote, being an acc grad, I am appalled at how the new mgt spends the funds! $90k for the counsel fees for Rajan & Tann! And how much more for the Suntec venue etc? And they said oh well, the funds generated from the new membership fees can cover the costs. This is a non-government organization! Do they think NGOs will have a spike in membership every month?
